Reliable Towing Services is a Family owned and operated Towing Company based in Mission, BC with our Heavy Truck Division operating out of Merritt, BC. Reliable Towing Merritt was formerly known as Tom’s and Merritt Towing. Our services cover the Vancouver Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley. Our Head Office is based in Mission, BC where we service Langley, Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Chilliwack, Hope, and all the way up the Coquihalla highway.

Ran out of gas!

I stupidly ran out of gas on my way to Merritt from Kamloops. My car ran out of gas a few minutes outside Merritt. I was only on the side of the road for a few minutes when a Reliable Towing vehicle pulled up behind my vehicle to assist me. I had not called Reliable towing but the lady helping was so nice that she pulled over regardless. She had a gas can and filled my car up. The nicest thing about it was that she only charged me for the gas and no service charge because she said she was going back into Merritt in any event. It was an incredibly nice gesture for a very stupid decision by me. The lady who assisted me was Roxanne. This is the kind of treatment that makes me know that I will call Reliable Towing if I am ever in need again. I also will not hesitate to recommend Reliable Towing to anyone I know. Great service.

Broke Down in Merritt

Our car broke down in Merritt on Oct 12 and we ended up having Reliable Towing Services flat deck our vehicle back to Kelowna. The driver was very friendly and the truck was clean and pleasant for my wife and myself to ride in. Considering all, I felt that Reliable helped in making a difficult day more bearable. RV RESCUE IN MISSION

An amazing lifesaver when we had Mak Deane come out to rescue my RV on route through Mission to a camping trip. He spent the time to help my hubby get a belt put on the motorhome so we could attempt our first family camping trip. Let us use his tools, and lent us his hands as well, for a good couple hours since there were no open mechanic shops on the weekend who could help. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful. That night my 2-year-old got ‘Tom the Tow Truck’ story read to him…but we changed his name to Mak. Thank you again Man. You turned our terrible mishap into a great family trip. Reliable auto towing services has great people working for them. Even our dispatch lady who took our call, to begin with, was friendly and helpful.
